Alison came to our farm in Michigan to photograph our wedding last September. I struggle to find the words to praise her talent because I deeply believe her photos speak so exquisitely well themselves. Her presence was a calming gift to me. Her time photographing us was intimate and so natural. She is a sneaky magic woman. Our celebration was the focus (not a plethora of videos and flashes), and her presence so non-intrusive we even joked wondering if she took any photos at all.

My sister who is a graphic designer in New York called me in tears telling me these wedding photos were the most beautiful she had ever seen. She had been to ALOT of weddings!

I knew Alison’s work would be amazing, but I was still so startled when she sent them our way. They are so special to Matt and I, even more so feeling Alison’s gentle, wise touch pouring through.
